We got our house! We ended up in a bidding war and won!

I was going to go to bed, but now I'm too excited to sleep. We will be living in Champlin. Yes, a bit farther of a drive for Greg, but we both think it's totally worth for the house and the area and school district. This house was bought as a foreclosure in February and the buyer flipped it and is now selling below market value. So, everything is new and clean and updated.

We're really excited! Apart from needing some paint and curtains and a family, there's nothing much for us to do except move in! It's really better than we hoped for. It's about 2200 square feet, four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. I'm really thankful to God for giving us the funds to buy a house and for leading us to a good home in a nice area.

We're closing July 29th. We also decided to rent through August awhile back, so now we will have a whole month to move! I think that will be less stressful, than closing and moving out all in one day.
